Hi Jacqueline,

An update, I found the directions in the Knockabout notecard to use the set commands to change the color and thank you oh so much. I also think I have figured out how to work with the PSD file in PSE7 to change the color of the hull for the Leetle Cat, I change "topsides". Now I am stuck at how I bring this file back into SL to apply it to my boat. Thanks,

I have downloaded the files to change the hull color of both my Knockabout and Leetle Cat boats. I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 7 and am now totally lost as to how to do this. I have tried following Adobe help, I think I need to work with the layers but nothing I try seems right. Is there any FAQ out there making this a bit clearer? I also need more help in the naming. Thanks, Jon

Hi,

Could I please get some tips on using the mooring buoy and line effectively? Is there an easy way to use these without having to "edit" every time to get it placed right when setting it up after sailing?

Thanks,

I have sailed on a friends Trucordia and loved it, I went on the Blake Sea yesterday with a friend in a freebie yacht and I just had to buy the Knockabout. I know the boat style well from my youth and can't wait to get back from my 2 week boating vacation that starts today, so I can sail her! Thanks! Jackie.

[...] These majestic cup racers are now coming to life in SL through Jacqueline Trudeau’s legendary craftsmanship and exquisite attention to detail. I’m not sure whether she has even thought about it, but it seems pretty clear that the J-Class boats will make a perfect update and replacement for Trudeau Yachts’ award-winning but venerable Defender II. [...]
